X7SHIELD products are backed by a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing and electrical defects under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electrical malfunctions

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Installation costs
  • Improper use
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, modifications, or tampering with the product

Warranty Process

All warranty claims require product inspection first.

If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, X7SHIELD will provide:

  • Product replacement

Warranty Shipping Costs

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, X7SHIELD will cover shipping costs.

For all other cases, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
