At X7SHIELD, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

Return requests can be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

If the return is due to a store error (wrong item received or manufacturing defect), X7SHIELD will cover the return shipping costs.

If the customer wishes to return the product for non-defect-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

Only returns and refunds are accepted.

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via bank transfer upon request.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within a few business days.

Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above may be rejected.
